VueScan Licence Issue

Hello
We are having an issue with the Vuescan licence, saying that we need to purchase a new copy of VueScan. Can you please let me know if the license that came with the unit has an expiration date or if there is another issue with the license.

Dear Sabrina,
What is the serial number of your Zooscan ?
If yours is above 100 we'll have to send you a new license.
