I'm using a UVP6HF on a research cruise in California on a vessel that employs a Seabird CTD and software for real-time visualization. I have the connector cable from the UVP6 to the CTD and the manual and Hydroptic website states that you can visualize particle counts when connected to the CTD, however I have not found a clear step-by-step explanation of how to set this up, or which specific CTD softwares are compatible with the UVP6. Could anyone who has experience with this set-up provide me with a clear protocol? Thank you

Sorry we do not support CTD softwares. You should read the CTD manual on how to add a sensor.
