UVPAPP to FTP to EcoPart

Hello, I have successfully downloaded all my information from the UVPApp being very meticulous in uploading the correct metadata. When I upload the whole UVP file for my project to FTP and try to upload it to EcoPart I am met with this error

"Unhandled SubProcess Exception : (, Exception('File /ecotaxa_import_area/FTP/Ecotaxa_Data_to_import/UVP6/uvp6_sn000155hf_20240217_project/work/project_Cast3/HDR20240220-020532.txt or /ecotaxa_import_area/FTP/Ecotaxa_Data_to_import/UVP6/uvp6_sn000155hf_20240217_project/ecodata/project_Cast3/project_Cast3_Particule.zip are missing, and in raw folder too'), )" (file names changed for this post)

Am I doing something wrong when uploading, are there other folders I should be making? I consulted the manual and it says to drag the whole folder.
