Hi,
We're setting up our Zooscan and installed all of the software and double checked software configurations were correct, but when we now open ImageJ and try to create a new project it says "Connected ZOOSCAN: zooscan not connected." The Zooscan is recognized in the device manager on the computer as a mobile device. Can you please provide suggestions for how to troubleshoot?

Hi,
Did you install Vuescan on C:/ drive and not in programs ?
Move the vuescan folder under C:
Delete ZOOPROCESS folder as well as ZOOSCAN folder located on the C drive. Open ImageJ and follow the instructions from ZOOPROCESS.
