invert UVP6 images black->white on Ecotaxa import

I noticed that correctly inverting only works when importing into Ecotaxa from the uvp6 project via FTP, not by direct upload of the individual zipped image folders although they contain the correct compute_vignette.txt files.

How was this solved? I am having the same issue. I am at sea so cannot use the ftp transfer. The compute_vignette file is correct. Any attempt to import to EcoTaxa from the file (from root, ecodata or ecodata subfolders) results in black images. I have also updated to the latest software and reprocessed the images and the issue is the same.
